FAQ

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There’s no monthly fee, no signup fee, no minimums beyond the standard $60/pickup. We save your card so we can charge per pickup at the member rate ($2.25/lb) instead of à la carte ($2.49/lb). The card-on-file is the entire mechanism.
When am I charged?
After each pickup. Driver weighs your bag at intake, runs the math at the member rate, and we charge the saved card. You get a receipt by email. No surprise charges, no batched billing.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Text us before your pickup day and we skip you that week. No fee. We resume the following week unless you tell us otherwise.
How do I cancel?
Text or email anytime. Membership ends immediately, no fees, no clawback on past pickups. We delete your saved card from Stripe within 24 hours.
What if I want to mix services on a single pickup?
Toss everything in the same bag — wash & fold, dry cleaning, linen press. We sort and price each separately at intake. The member rate applies to the wash & fold portion; dry cleaning and linen press use their per-piece menus (no member discount on those, but no service fee either).
What if my saved card expires?
Stripe automatically prompts you to update via secure email/SMS link before the next pickup. We don’t see your card details ever — it’s tokenized on Stripe’s side.
Is the $60 minimum still in effect?
Yes — on every pickup, member or not. If you have less than ~25 lbs, your invoice still totals $60 minimum. Stack a few weeks if you don’t hit the minimum each week, or skip a pickup until you do.
