By using FOLD's services or the website at getfold.co, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About FOLD

FOLD is a laundry pickup and delivery service operating in Los Angeles (Westside and the San Fernando Valley). We pick up your laundry, wash and process it, and deliver it back to your door. Operated by University Laundry Services LLC, a California limited liability company.

Pricing, turnaround time, and service area are subject to change. Current pricing is always shown at the time of booking.

4. SMS Messaging Program

Program name: FOLD Order Notifications

Description: By providing your mobile phone number on the booking form at https://getfold.co/intake.html and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from FOLD about your order — including order confirmations with reference number, pickup window reminders, ETA updates from our driver, and Stripe invoice/payment links after pickup.

Message frequency: Variable based on order activity. Typically 2–5 messages per order.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your mobile provider may apply.

HELP: Reply HELP or INFO to any FOLD message for help, or call (310) 991-8889, or email hello@getfold.co.

STOP: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any FOLD message to opt out at any time. Once you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages. To opt back in, reply START.

Mobile information non-sharing: Mobile phone numbers and consent for SMS communications are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data is used solely for transactional order communications via Twilio (our SMS delivery provider).

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

FOLD does not send marketing or promotional SMS to customers without separate, explicit consent. Transactional messages are limited to those necessary to fulfill your order.

The "First pickup 50% off" promotion is limited to one customer per household and applies to wash & fold and linen press only. Dry cleaning per-garment pricing is not discounted. Commercial accounts have separate promotional terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, FOLD's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question, plus the damage protection limits in Section 7. FOLD is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Service Area

FOLD currently serves the LA Westside (Brentwood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Pacific Palisades, Westwood, Mar Vista, Venice, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, Bel Air, Century City, Playa Vista, Playa del Rey), the entire San Fernando Valley, the South Bay (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo), and East LA (Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, Glendale, La CaƱada Flintridge, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Hollywood, Hancock Park, Mid-Wilshire, Koreatown). Service area is subject to expansion or contraction. Some addresses may have additional fees if outside standard pickup zones.

12. Privacy

Use of FOLD is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
