Program name: FOLD Order Notifications.

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number on the booking form at https://getfold.co/intake.html and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from FOLD related to your laundry pickup order. These include order confirmations with reference number, pickup window reminders, ETA updates from our driver, and Stripe invoice/payment links after pickup.

Message frequency: Variable based on order activity. Typically 2–5 messages per order.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply to messages sent and received.

Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any FOLD SMS message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Mobile numbers are NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without separate explicit opt-in consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption for all website traffic, encrypted database storage, two-factor authentication for staff accounts, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
