Can I switch mid-contract?
Depends on your current contract. Many residential pickup services (Rinse, Cleanly, Poplin) are month-to-month — you can leave anytime. Commercial linen contracts (Cintas, Aramark) often auto-renew with 60-90 day notice windows. Send us your contract and we'll tell you exactly when you can switch.
How does the $20 off work?
Show your driver any receipt from another laundry pickup service at your first pickup — printed, emailed PDF, or screenshot all work. The driver verifies it on the spot and deducts $20 from your first invoice. No upload, no waiting on a quote, no salesperson runaround. Works for switchers from any competitor.
What's actually free in the "first month free" offer?
All your pickup & delivery service for 30 days from your first pickup, capped at $1,500 in service value. After 30 days, you keep going at the matched rate (or you walk away — no card on file). Linen/wash & fold/dry cleaning all qualify.
Will you actually pick up tomorrow?
If you submit before 5pm and you're in our service area, yes. We slot you into the next morning route. SMS confirmation sent within an hour of submission.
