What's actually included in same-day turnover?
Pickup of all dirty linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, bath mats), commercial wash with hospitality-grade detergent, press, fold/seal, redelivery to your door — all within 5 hours. Stains we can't get out are flagged on the receipt.
Do you handle multi-property hosts?
Yes. 5+ properties get a dedicated account manager and bulk pricing (typically 15-20% lower per turnover). One invoice, one schedule, one phone number — no juggling.
What if my linens get damaged or lost?
Full replacement up to $250/item, $500/order. We're fully insured and audit-ready. Compare that to a residential laundromat (zero coverage) or a cleaner doing it in their home machine (also zero coverage).
Can my cleaner hand off + receive linens?
Yes — most of our hosts have us hand off to their cleaner directly. We text them 10 minutes before arrival. They sign for the linens, we leave.
Is there a contract?
